Basic Data about dinqr and the Service

dinqr AB, 559461-8588, Malmö, is the provider of an internet portal where users can create and manage QR codes (collectively referred to as “the service” below).

The service has been in beta since 2023-12-24. Beta in this context means that we take no responsibility for anything, and that all parts (including this text) are under development and are currently being done on a “best effort” basis. All feedback is welcome so that we can improve it even further.

The service consists of three parts:

  1. www.dinqr.se (“the portal”)
  2. app.dinqr.se (“the app”)
  3. q.dinqr.se (“scan proxy”)

Your Data

The portal does not store any personal data and does not use any external services that track our users.

The app requires users to have an account with dinqr and to log in. Data shared with us by logged-in users is stored in secure services with which dinqr has agreements with underlying providers to ensure proper handling.

The scan proxy is used when someone scans a dinqr code with their mobile device. It saves all interactions as they are transmitted over the internet using the basic protocols TCP/IP and HTTPS.

All users can delete their dinqr account whenever they wish. If this happens, we delete the account and then allow the information to remain for 3 months to facilitate easy reactivation. If users want us to delete all information before the end of these 3 months, they can contact our support.

Our Security

At dinqr, we build the service ourselves but base it on a few selected third-party providers in specialized areas.

The third-party services we use are ISO27001/27017/27018 certified, and SOC1/SOC2/SOC3 reports are available.
